Cleaning and Restoration Technician
Salary: Starting at $20 an hour
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking to hire 2 candidates as soon as possible to fill this position.
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Restoration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver’s License (Preferred)
- IICRC Certification (Preferred)
Job Description
Technician- Providing carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, area rug cleaning, and carpet repair, for residential and commercial properties of Ocean and Monmouth Counties
We are seeking a result oriented and self motivated individual who can provide these services to our customers.
As a technician you will be responsible for providing carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning services. Area rug cleaning and carpet repair as well. Will also be responsible for dealing with customers on a day to day basis and handling of paperwork and receipts with customers.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in carpet cleaning is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills a plus
- Self-starter with good work ethic and ability
- Capable of completing all paperwork in a timely manner
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Must exhibit a neat, professional appearance at all times
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the office
- Must have a reliable way of contact for work updates
- Need to be available to work rare mornings/nights
most days are 7am-4pm
